Ecom Express — complaint

they picked my product which i have returned, but not yet received message or mail from delivery service and from snapdeal...i have not received my money back...worst courier service...i'm having pickup receipt...i want my money back..do take any action

I have not received my refund yet
The customer support always said ur request is in process state I have provided all the details to snapdeal customer support they said ur product has not delivered and it return to our warehouse so I will go for a legal action regarding them
