[Resolved] Ecom Express — Complaint shipment not delivered since 2 weeks | |||
Ecom Express one of the third class courier service i have seen. seems like running a school kids.. i purchased a product from jabong and they have choosen ecom express and since 2 weeks product tracking page shows only one update i, e " shipment at delivery hub" and no body from ecom bother to deliver to customer. after a lot of escalation's to jabong.com team ecom express did another pathetic thing...after 2 weeks they updated fake status " consignee refused to accept the product shipment redirected" what the helll is this.. ecom express customer care number is dead and niether they respond on email...what kind of company they are runnning where there is no customer care information. no body can contact them as they have blocked all ways of reaching them... so finally jabong, com refunded my amount and shipment still in transist to jabong office.. ecom express please shut down your business you guys are not capable of doing a business better open a general store and sell cold drinks..
