Ecom Express — delay in delivery & wrong message updated in status

Hi, I have ordered two products in SnapDeal on 17th Oct & got the SMS as its is delivered through ECOM Express. Till now i have not received the products & in tracking status it is wrongly mentioned as residence or office closed. I am enquiring daily the courier status with our office reception staff & no single day office is closed from 17th Oct. Am trying to contact to customer care & getting always as line is busy.
