i ordered a phone from Flipkart on 17-oct-2014 which is not delivered, i also tracked it but THE SHIPMENT STATUS IS NOT UPDATED, it is in Delhi for many days, it says DELHI SHIPMENT AT DELHI 21-10-14, Their CUSTOMER CARE NO. IS ALWAYS BUSY (WORST SUPPORT).It's really sad that they still not delivered it to me. my order no[protected] waybill no[protected] my contact no.-[protected]

I ordered a cellphone from flipkart on 18th oct and it got shipped by flipkart on very same day but it took Ecom 2 days to move it from bangalore to delhi and from last 6 days it is sitting there.
