[Resolved]  Ecom Express — did not receive my courier from nykaa

I ordered from nykaa.com on 29th november 2018. But i did not revieve my courier and yet the status here says delivered. I checked on nykaa.com it says in transit and over here it says delivered. I do not understand where my parsel is and who is to be accounted for my money because i have prepaid for the courier. The parsel contains gift for my sister and i want to give it to her on her bday.

Plz resolve my issue as quickly as possible.
