[Resolved]  Ecom Express — Not Delivering the Product _ Doubt if it will be delivered !!

I have ordered via snap deal on Oct 29 and snapdeal shipped the consignment on 30 Oct via Ecom express. ECOM express has the tracking update where they initially told it will be delivered on 04 Nov. After 2 days they changed the delivery date to 10 Nov. I called ECOM, its not simple, you have to spend at least 20 min to get you call connected. The guy who picked told me my product will be delivered on 05 Nov. I waited, and then i called on 06th since i can see the status the product was arrived to Bangalore hub. The lady committed me on a priority bases it will be delivered to me on 06 at any cause. 06 also went for a toss. 07 i called up customer care, again a person who picked me gave me a false commitment it will be delivered to me. All the calls i told them its an office address and Sat and Sun will be holiday. I really think whether Ecom express running the office physically or things are happening virtually for time pass?? Status in ecom site is still in Transit " Shipment at Delivery location BANGALORE". AWB #[protected] Guru

This is the reply from ECom express on 08 Nov. Till product has not been delivered, when i called the customer care they are saying it will take another 3 days for delivery. I dont understand your policy, you received the product on 05 Nov, even if you walk and do the delivery it will be done on 06th. Without bluffing please tell me whether the prduct wll be delivered or not.
