[Resolved] Ecom Express — product not delivered / attempted | |||
Hi I got a call from a number in the morning verifying my address for the delivery of my product through Ecom. While I am waiting for the product to be delivered, I checked the tracking for the same & to my utter surprise the tracking says "Shipment un-delivered - Consignee requested for future delivery". There has been no attempt to deliver the product & worst is if I call on any of the numbers calls don't go through. Even on ecom website, there is no number provided which can connect us to the service agent for resolving queries Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Basically they never tried delivering the product yesterday & updated false info that the client rescheduled.
Today they delivered the product after some followup. Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
