I have placed my order from puma app on 21 dec, and it has to be delivered by 23 but ecom express delivery agent haven't delivered my order on that day, it's still pending, I'm writing this on 28 dec, still I haven't received my order, on the puma app it's showing ofd lock applied, but why, delivery agent of ecom express neither call me not made any attempt to be on the location, please resolve my issue, my order is[protected] and my tracking id is [protected], my contact information is [protected] my e-mail, [protected]@gmail.com
Please resolve my issue and delivery it to me by today
