[Resolved] Ecom Express — Rude behaviour of the delivery person. | |||
Iam a doctor and i haved booked an electrical appliance through online shopping, and it was delivered by ecom express. The delivery person called my for 2 minutes continously when i was attending a patient. I could not take the call and called him few minutes later. He started talking rudely and i had to go and collect package by myself to where he was . Even then i tried to explain him i was busy. But, he started using abusive language in front of the patients. I warned him not use such language and show respect for my profession, instead he stared abusing my profession and my professional skills. I was deeply hurt by this incident. I would have gone to the police, but i thought it would be better dealt by consumer care people. I seek proper justice for me and train your employees properly, how to behave socially and try not to be a gangster to your customers. The incident was never acceptable. And i would like to know what action has been taken regarding this matter by your company, failing which i would proceed to the court of law. The tracking number given for the product is[protected], delivered at kgh visakhapatnam on 2-1-2015. Was this information helpful? | |||
