[Resolved]  Ecom Express — shipment lost

Tracking number:[protected] order number: S54277327 Promised delivery date: Aug 22, 2014 Shipment reached ghaziabad and out of delivery since Aug 21, 2014 Hi, Contacted multiple times to flipkart and ecom express since Aug 21, 2014. No resolution provided. Now ecom os saying that shipment is lost and they are investigating the issue. Please provide me the solution as soon as possible. Thanks, Amit Khokhar
