Ecom Express — Updating wrong delivery status | |||
I had ordered Tricycle from PayTM. As per the status it was supposed to be delivered by 9th November'2015, as of Today i.e. 12th November it's still not delivered. Tricycle was a gift for my daughter and had to cut a sorry face time and again infront of her and my family. Ecomm express updates the courier delivery status as per their WILL AND WISH. They JUST FOOL the customers. They have wrongly updated the delivery status twice - Once indicating - "Consignee Not available" and second time indicating "Consignee has requested for future delivery", while no such request was made by me and i was completely available at my house (24/7) and eagerly waiting the gift for my daughter. I even tried calling their customer care (who are rude) and got the SPOC contact details . Even the SPOC (Zeeshan) at E-comm is clueless about the package. Completely unprofessional courier services i have come across till date. They are just FOOLING customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
