[Resolved] Ecom Express — Very Bad and delayed delivery. | |||
I have ordered mobile in Snap deal on 20.10.2014 and they have send via Ecom Express courier on 21.10.2014. Air Waybill no.[protected] Order No :PI[protected]. Status was stucked up at one point time, no proper update. There are no correct office telephone number provided, when i try to call, they are not picking the calls and no reply for the emails sent to the customer care. Unsatisfied with Ecom Express service. Till now Ecom Express didn't updated the database, no reply from them, their service is Worst.

The Ecom express is very bad that they have wrongly shipped the product to Delhi hub instead of Bangalore hub.

Hello I have ordered a mobile in Snap deal.com with my order Id: [protected] dated[protected] which is not yet delivered till date, that too Ecom express(Air Waybill no.[protected] updated their website yesterday as consignee is unavailable, but he didn't contacted me or didn't messaged me, what Ecom express people r thinking about themselves are they playing with customers.
