[Resolved] Ecom Express — Very poor service and they still not delivering the product in spite of having it with them | |||
My waybill#[protected] is with Ecom Express Delhi branch since couple of days and I have called many times to their customer service. Everyone says yes we have escalated and getting this done on priority and after that it is the same story. That the backend team has to do this and there is no way that they can communicate with them to work in this, but I have to live with problem that they are not able to deliver the package. There is no management escalation process and customer care agent is not ready to let me speak to a manager. Even I have contacted the co-founders of the company over linkedin and no progress. They simply saying even if we have the product we will not deliver this to you. Was this information helpful? | |||
