Economic Times — Subscription is not started yet. No one is responding from Times of India office. | |||||
I have subscribe for 1 yr Economic times for which I have paid through the cheque. The cheque got cleared on 11th of April 2017. The subscription to be started on 15th of April. But not yet started. I have tried the Marketing person who came home and collected the cheque. He told he will be informing the agent. After this he didn't pick even the call. I called the Times CRM office. They told they will be looking into it and inform me. They are also clueless and doesn't want to help in this regard. Again I have written an email to the CRM, Which is not even acknowledged by them. About the Economic times office.
File a Complaint
In app review section everybody are complaining but nobody in times internet Ltd care.
So somebody seeing this complaint should take action. They totally stopped IOS support.
