Hi,
I have bought a ticket compliment max gift card from edenred.
I tried to use at one of the computer shop. But while payment it got denied and transaction got failed.
Money debited from my perepaid card and when i tried to reach edenred they are saying to wait for 35 days. As per rbi policy they need to settle in 7 days.
Money refunded already from merchant but these guys are cheating customers by keeping money with them. They are not following rbi rules then how they are selling yesbank prepaid cards. Was this information helpful? |
