Education Loan — regarding education loan

I anjali sharma d/o shri jagdish narayan sharma have been trying to get sbi educational loan from sbin0008190 (Branch bagru, district jaipur - rajasthan-303007) since 6 months, but manager said that your father has filled itr of last two years at a time, so we are sorry to sanction the education loan. Sir i have applied a loan rs. 77ooo (Seventy seven thousands) per year for 4 year course. Sir college is approved by aicte, govt. Of india, ministry of hrd, and pharmacy council of india new delhi. I got admission in college as per merit list. As per rbi guideline no guarantee is required from father for a loan amount upto 4 lakhs.
Sir this is question of my future and a matter of indian girl who wants higher education.
Now you can say, what should i do??
