Education Loan — Regarding education loan interest reversal

Respected sir, Recently the govt announced the revesal for educational loan interset those who took in the period of[protected]...i bought an educational loan from syndicate bank...when i asked abt this to the bank manager he is not responding properlly...he is saying that we didnt get the order yet...already i have paid the interesrt amount nearly 30k...i just want to know what is the procedure ...even they are not responding properlly...please do the need full sir
