Education Villa — Less payment of salary and rude character of organization

Education villa is an online spoken English platform. I have worked as a tutor. They providing one on one live session to students for getting English communication. They are saying 40+tutors. I have worked as one. They are saying that This is a platform where you can earn money without any investment. only 199Rs.is the registration charge and provide total one on one classes and our pay out are for 30mins 50Rs. per session, for 40mins 60Rs. per session and for 50mins 75Rs. per session. we provide 20 sessions in a month for each student so for 30mins you will get 1, 000Rs. for 1 student, 1, 200Rs. for 40mins and 1, 500Rs. for 50 mins. Tutors first need to take trial classes for students and ask them to join. If students interested they will join. Trials are non payment for tutors. But the authorities are not giving proper students to tutors. They are always favour to 3-4 tutors only. Seema and pandey are the company authorities . Seema is the person who controls and gives instructions to tutors relating to classes through Whatsapp group .

I was joined on july by paying registration fee. Downloaded their app. Firstly all tutors did classes through their app and marked attendance. After some days they said about some technical issues happened to the app so we all need take classes through our personal id zoom meet but marked attendance in app itself. I have done like they said. After 1 month I have sent student details and hrs completed details also to them for the payment. Asking for the payment. Seema said that I have to wait. continous follow up, after 21 days I have got less money through gpay instead of my fare rate of class. She was arrogant at the time of asking the payout. Didn't attend the call also. In Whatsapp group also some tutors didn't get alot of their money. They are keep on complaining. Seema removed the complaining tutors from whatsapp group without giving any clarification.
