I am from coimbatore. I have taken the full stack web developer masters program by paying 34, 514 in july month. But it took lots of time to start the class and i waited for almost two weeks and then decided to take the java, j2ee-soa certification, and microservices certification from edureka. I had enroll in course pg big data program, during the time of admission they said that if you want to leave the course in the middle after deducting some amount rest will be refunded... But now they are saying it's a non_refundable and non_cancellable course and not allowing us to leave the course.
There are many student who get trapped by them... They are not allowing anyone to leave the course......

I also want to cancel the course but they are saying it's non_cancellable program... But in the beginning the counsellor hadn't told me this... They said whenever you want to cancel it after deducting some amount you can left get refunded...
Beaware guys before taking admission in edureka......

I have made a payment of 1000 rupees for cyber security course to edureka. I have told that the 1000 rupees is 100% refundable if you don't want to opt for course. After getting the complete information about the course fee structure, i'm was little surprised, fee was around 1.8 lakh and i was thinking it would be around 60, 000 rupees, so i denied opting the course.

I have communicated and cancelled my interview slot well in advance and requested refund of refundable security deposit of 1000 which was to be processed within a week. I have initiated the request on 29th january, still haven't received by refund. I have regularly followed up more than 3 times with mr. I've tried to contact edureka support 10 plus times, every time they mention that the escalation team is not available at this time.

Every time i've got the same response that the escalation team will get in touch with me within an hour, but no response.

After discussing, they are ready to refund 50% of it.
As of now, i've accepted this 50%.

Please look into this....
