Edureka — Refund request one day after purchasing the course

When I was buying the course (Cloud Architect Masters Program), their support team was online and answering every 10 seconds. They are advertising "No questions asked refund in the first few days after the purchase", and now after I requested the refund for the second time one day after the purchase, they are not answering anymore. The last information I have is that they are "following up with management". Still no refund.
