Eduwithus — Non refund of money

I was received call from [protected] & [protected], for job offer, but at first they said to pay Rs.2478 and than after that at second stage 8000 rs, and I was paid the same than they asked for more money of Rs. 12000, but I refuse to pay and asked for refund because at first stage only they was not inform to me about the same that total amount I have to paid and receipt date also showing 8th sep 2016 instead of 11st sep 2016. I asked them to refund me my money after deducting any penalty they have as service had not been provided to me. but they said there is no such kind of clause they have. I want my money back
