Date of the incident:- 21/12/2018 Client number:- +91-[protected] Full description:-this has reference to online shopping site for mobile and i have select wrong product, so during the call i have informed there customer care executive, it is not huawei brand so please cancel the order and customer executive replied that “ok we will cancel and amount will be refund to your account in next 2-3 days” but then to they have couriered the parcel immediately this incident happen on friday (21/12/18) and saturday (22/12/18) i ahve received the courier. Even though, i opened and found product is not as per the specification mention in bill copy. Like, in specification clearly mentioned battery is 4000mah but it’s actually 2800mah and even screen is not more than 6 inch. So i have trying to call on given number on website but no buddy lifting the phone or not even replying to mail. Resolution of complaint:- amount of rs. 4099/- has been already paid thru net banking which i want to return back but they are not responding. i ordered a mobile phone Speria S9 Pro Notch smart Phone but the product delevered not same. The front cover and mobile is different.
it is illigal .
so please solve out the problem
