Eezeecart — Product not shipped from Gurgaon motherhub_jks. Tracking id FMPP[protected]

I have ordere mobile phone on 22/12/2020 which was supposed to be delivered on 26/12/2020 but the it has not been delivered yet.
When I tried to track the item it is showing that the product is arrived at motherhub_jks gurgaon on 23/12/2020 and it has not been dispatched from there.
So I please request you to look into this.
