[Resolved]  Eguidance (system concern company of naukri) — Regarding the telephonic interview arranged by them

How can I proceed this complaint?

Eguidance is in Delhi. I received call from [protected] on that particular day. I think this number does not have incoming facility.

I am Mr S.Subbiah from Tirunelveli in Tamilnadu. I received call from [protected] on 28/05/2015. I think this number does not have incoming facility. She introduced herself as Poonam chawla speaking from Eguidance in Delhi. She told me that Eguidance is a system concern company of naukri(popular job search website). She asked me to pay Rs.1796.64 for arranging immediate telephonic interview and getting sure job from a company. I paid it as per her instruction and telephonic interview held on that day itself. My order number is WSCPYQG8VE. I clearly does not know about that company.
After telephonic interview Anjali madam (HR Manager) of that company told me that I was selected for face to face interview on (or) after 10/06/2015 at Coimbatore in Tamilnadu. Anjali madam told me to ask further details to Poonam chawla. I tried to contact Poonam chawla through her official mobile number [protected] which she gave me on 28/05/2015. She is not responding my call. I did'nt receive proper follow up for my telephonic interview. I suspect that interview as fake. Please take necessary step on this unethical behaviour.
I did my online transaction through debit card. Transaction details done for eguidance is given below

Please help me in taking ahead this complaint.

I got call from this company and I paid rs.2930 for e-gulf services. rs.8920 for e-verification for employment. It seems this is fake company. We all shall lodge complaint in the Cyber Cell. Calls are coming from NewDelhi but do not have proper address of the company. Let us get together to lodge compalint online cybercell police department immediately.

The whole matter was fake as the mentioned “ACE SIMPLIFIED SOLUTION, DELHI “ or eguidance is not register under any act. The transaction which was done is with my consent. This problem can’t be solved amicably as well as legally. This gang is from delhi.
The websites like naukri, shine, monster india, timesnewjob will not contact through phone regarding interview. They will only give call to verify mobile number.
Let me be the last person to be cheated by them.

Looks like you are not well educated.

We reveice calls from Shine, Naukri and Times as well and every website has their own dedicated Customer care number which you could have seen under Contact us page.

I also paid to Eguidance and I got a job and their service too as I approached in a right manner.

Each Job portal call everyone for paid service so that does not mean they are Fake.

First be a educated guy.

Why you did'nt reply the complaint through updated status of my complaint? In this website, usually concerned company will post their reply in updated status of complaint.
You did'nt mention the concerned agent name and the company which called for face to face interview. Today I had telephonic conversation with Sanya and not with Sneha. As your company has taken steps, we can move amicably. I am not interested in benefits of your company. Please cancel my order. I should not receive any call from your company.

I think you are only uneducated because you did'nt even read my complaint clearly. They asked to pay for telephonic interview. Till now I did'nt receive follow up. I posted this complaint only after 25 days from the payment date. Eguidance itself accepted that they fired the concerned agent. Please read eguidance's comment. Without knowing the meaning of ethics, you please don't advice others. Don't sound your own horn.

E-guidance is not a guenine company, they are cheaters and they only know to extract money from poor guys, they have a job at all. By the name of gru shiksha they grab a hell lot of money to full fill there hell of there bells this is just a name of ace simplified solution they extract money. Friends beware of they bustads, they are not e-guidance they should be f-guidance
