We have ordered a parcel that was delivered on the very day of my relative demise..so we went there and told the agent to give it to our neighbour and a 500 rupees note were given to our neighbour as it's payment was a cod. The amount of product was rs 343 and the agent return our neighbour only 60 rupees and as she didn't know the amount she didn't tell anything to the boy..the day later we returned the product and he came up to receive that, he was pretending like it wasn't his fault and started arguing with my mom. And he said you guys pls don't order anything online.. how dare he? It was all his fault.. finally he returned 100 rupees and still chanting that I can't remember what was happened that day..
