Ekart Logistics — Deliver agents irresponsible behavior

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that ekart delivery agents are not delivering orders. They are not even trying to reach us but cancelling orders as we are not accepting calls/rejecting orders.

This order is with them for 2days. No one has tried to reach out to us for delivery.

MYEP[protected], MYEP[protected]. These orders have been cancelled without my concern saying we are not available. They have cancelled orders as delivery was unsuccessful.

It is of no use to place orders if it cannot deliver. Orders can be more important to the person who has ordered. Please take necessary action.
