Ekart Logistics — Did not receive OTP

Even though the delivery executive reached home but I didn't receive the order because I can't get any OTP even though the sender's number mentioned on the parcel is correct. They didn't even update me with the out of delivery message in the morning. Please tell me what to do. The parcel was given by my friend.
