2. Delivery agent on Dec 19, 2022, confirms product in order, verifies exchange after scanning laptop and passing tests on his app. He then asks for a pickup charge of Rs.100/- in cash, however, the same was included in the invoice thus not paid.
3. Delivery agent leaves immediately citing urgent delivery in near vicinity with promise to return within 30 mins, upon querying his contact number he mentions to connect on number provided in the Out for delivery SMS. Please note that contact of Ekart Wishmaster in the SMS is[protected], however, to my surprise, the number remained switched off throughout.
4. Complaint lodged with Flipkart customer care with expected resolution date of 22.12.2022
5. At 5 pm today, I receive message from Flipkart that Failed Delivery (verification failed) – Pickup item was rejected. Was this information helpful? |
