Sir, I order a product from Flipkart who came from ekart logistics at my workplace office address but problem is that my package arrived after 6 pm so I was not present at my office address, I told to delivery boy they said, sir I will deliver your package to your office gate (security room) and you have to share delivery OTP, i agreed with and share delivery OTP after that they said I delivered your package but problem is that when I arrived my office next day, I go to my gate ( security area) to collect my package but they said, we don't receive any package, i surprised but security people said that sir this area is 24 hr camera operated, so I checked with the same and found no one delivered my package so I informed in Flipkart customer care they said sir kindly contact ekart courier and they file a complaint.
Therefore request you to please check and deliver my package
