I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. On 20/02/2024, I received my order with reference number #SZ2229, but unfortunately, it seems there has been a mistake in the delivery process.
Instead of receiving the [correct item name], which I had originally ordered, I received [incorrect item received]. This item does not match what I had purchased, and it seems there has been a mix-up in the delivery process.
I am quite disappointed and inconvenienced by this error. I was looking forward to using the [correct item name -Important Shoes Rack]. However, receiving an incorrect item has disrupted my plans.Ekart Delivery No( #STLC[protected]) and I will Pay to courier delivery boy in cash-1000/-.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know the steps I need to take to return the incorrect item and receive the correct one.
