Ekart Logistics — Myntra Delivery showing delivered but No parcel received

I have ordered clothes from Myntra and today mail received as it is delivered and I dnt receive any parcel, so on immediate basis I am raising this complaint . The Ekart person was very rude when asked for the matter and now the phone is not available.
