I ordered Sektchers, dress materials from Myntra on 7th Oct'23 & 1st Oct respectively Order IDs-OD[protected] tracking ID are MYSP[protected] & MYEP[protected]. My orders reached the nearest hub – Kalyaninagar, Pune on 13th Oct'23 and it is still lying there since then, they are not attempting to deliver nor responding which is very near to delivery point. There is no proper explanation being given for the delay and Myntra Grievance redressal Officer is not responding to emails and Myntra Contact centre is not supportive even after multiple calls.
Kindly request you to assist in immediate delivery of the products. Else, I will have to officially raise questions on Internal controls and transparency of the company as same issue is being faced by multiple customers across the country.
