Ekart Logistics — Order rejected by customer

I placed an order on 8th Jan and the expected delivery date was 12th Jan, i got the message that the will be delivered by today on 12th Jan but it was not delivered. I was expecting atleast the next day but it was not delivered.
Finally i checked the tracking with the Shipment ID - OIPC[protected] it was mentioned that Customer Rejected.
Firstly the order was not attempted for delivery, i havent got any calls regarding delivery.
Secondly there was no message regarding the delay in delivery.
Finally they have marked as customer rejected, for rejecting something why we need to order something.
This is highly unacceptable, if the delivery person is not willing to travel and deliver the parcel at the right place why are they even employed, worst experience i am still waiting for the parcel, ordered something for my kids and this is really bad experience with Ekart
