Ekart Logistics — Status shows product delivered but it was never delivered

Address: Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

I ordered Borosil lunch box sets (two sets of 4 tiffins)which was prepaid, i was at office when delivery attempt was made . I asked the executive to give product to my neighbour and shared OTP since i was amidst a work meeting.
When i came back, no delivery was made.
E kart and flipkart both refuse to give me delivery executive’s number
