Ekart Logistics — They Shipped Wrong Product, Still charged money

I ordered an agriculture-related product from [] with Order No: CIQC[protected] for an amount of ₹600, with payment mode as Cash on Delivery. On [18/12/2025] at around [12.20 PM], the delivery person came to our address with a packet.

At the time of delivery, the delivery person took ₹600 in cash from us and also asked for and obtained the OTP sent to my mobile number, stating it was required to confirm delivery. Immediately after this, the delivery status on the website/app was shown as "rejected"/"cancelled", even though the packet was handed over to us.

After the delivery person left, we opened the packet and found that it did not contain the agriculture product that was ordered. Instead, the packet contained only soil, which is completely different and of no value compared to the product for which ₹600 was paid.
