Ekart — Scam by delivery boy of Ekart Tacking ID #FMPC[protected]

I am Chaynnitt Agarwal, writing this email to raise a serious concern with the delivery boy of Ekart for Flipkart order no #OD[protected] and Ekart tracking ID #FMPC[protected]

I have placed an order as COD with Flipkart and I have been notified that my order will be delivered on Friday i.e. 5th May 2022. I have been trying to reach the agent since Friday afternoon to get an understanding of when can he deliver as I have to exchange my old phone as well. He didn't reply and hangup the call when I asked him the time. Upon continuous retry, he disrespectfully answered in slang language "The order will be delivered" and hung up the call. I didn't try reaching him out again as it is none of my business and it's his duty to deliver it.

Today on Monday I have been given a reason my order is canceled because the delivery agent tried delivering 3 times and couldn't deliver due to a client issue. It's clearly a scam made as I purchased the phone at the very least cost i.e. 19, 999/- only.

I requested a proper explanation of how he couldn't deliver. As I have all the CCTV in my society and proper tracking of any executive entering and leaving and all call details.

The company just mention thank you for the feedback and we will look into it, as it makes no difference to them.
