Ekta Cosmetics Limited — Skeyndor Power Hyaluronase received half-filled, with missing protective cap and poor consistency; exchange refused

I purchased Skeyndor Power Hyaluronase from this seller. The product I received appeared only half-filled, its protective cap was missing, and its consistency was noticeably different from the original product I had used previously. These issues raised concerns about the quantity, quality and condition of the product delivered.

When I contacted the seller, they disputed my account and insisted that their warehouse had dispatched the original product. Their written response was: “Ma’am our warehouse team is not accepting the quantity you received. Since our packaging and quantity are consistent across all products, an exchange won’t be possible.”

I felt that my complaint was dismissed and my honesty questioned. Their response did not adequately address the missing protective cap, the apparent short quantity or the unusual consistency.

I request a full refund or a replacement with a properly filled, complete and authentic product, with collection of the disputed item at no additional cost to me. I also request that the seller investigate these concerns and provide a written resolution.
