On the 2nd of September-2022 I had made online purchase of refurbished desktop computer monitor for Rs2206//- as per the advertisement of Elcone, through my ICICI Bank account with UPI :[protected]. The money was deposited in favour of RAJVI FASHION, Surat. After that there was message received for acknowledging the receipt of money nor any commitment of date by which the product will be delivered. I tried to contact on the no. mentioned in their website but to no avail. I had even sent an email to [protected]@elcone.in, but no response was received. I had even sent a message on their WhatsApp no and tried to make a WhatsApp call, but there was no response. Kindly stop the fake company from siphoning the hard earned money from the public falling prey to their tricks. Was this information helpful? |
