Election Commission Of India [Eci] — Correction of Name & Date of Birth is not yet done in the Voter Id from March-2016

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note, I've applied the Correction of name & Date of Birth in the Voter-Id card dated on : 05.01.2016 (ref the below screen shot).

Iam checking the status on Every month & till the status is showing as under process.

Due to this issue i unable to get the Passport for my future use.

Could you please look into this matter & help me to update the correction at the earliest.
