Election Commission Of India [Eci] — not getting voter card

Sir,
I am shaik thummala khalandar.
I am belongs to ap, anatapur distic, kadiri constituency, nallacheruvu mandal. I was applied for voter card at form6 of application number osp[protected]. I was subbmitted in form6 (Onlinle) at october-2017. I was submitted all profs to mandal revenue office. They didnt pass to next step sir, i requsted you to plese accept my voter card.

I have apply new voter id card having ref. No. Oey[protected] on nvsp site dt. 18.07.18 but still voter id not generate. I have try so many time but no response received.
