Dear sir/madam,

Please note, i've applied for correction in my Name & Address & Photo in the voter-id card dated on : 07.10.2016 .

My Application ID's
1. Name change - EM16716343
2. Address Change - ET16128556
3. Photo Change - EM16718256

I am checking the status on every day & till the status is showing as under process.

Due to this issue i am unable to get the passport for my future use.

Could you please look into this matter & help me to update the correction at the earliest.
