I am Madhusudan sharma .i have applied for the voter id card on 04/05/2016 and Enrollment No is - S[protected] . and my form is also accepted but now i have not got my voter id card.

I had filed the Form-6 for Addition of person in Voter List of 98-Jabalpur of which reference number is 014ac059e9575fc0 before 6-8 months ago.
The website nvsp.in continuously showing the status "Voter ID Under Process".
