This is for your information that many fraud votes have been manipulated by preparing documents by Gram Panchayat of Village Bhainswal (Booth No 28) of Consituency Panipat Gramin of Haryana State.Many peoples are living in that village having votes at two different locations at this address & their permanent address, or votes have been prepared by purchasing affidavit without NOC from their permanent address. Many of peoples have left village but they are called only for voting pupose only to confirm the win in panchayt elections. Also from 2002 onwards any Ration cards are not made/revised of peoples who having this place as their native from birth or by birth, however how new ration cards were allotted to these peoples who are leaving over there on rent. Kindly look into the matter urgently & a fair investigation must arranged to verify all record before the upcoimng elecetions. A fraud may be found in distribution of Ration from depot holders of this village.
