Election Communication — My mother name is wrongly printed

Hi Election commission,
My mother name is wrongly printed in my new color Voter ID.
When i ask this to the corporation officer where i pay 25 rs\-.
That lady not responded and also using unwanted words more than she is not given any respect to old people .
She have told that new Color Voter id disputation is not her responsibly .
And she is not given my mothers and sister new Voter id .I don't know what to do .

so please take a action against her and also help me to correct my mother's name and help me to get my mothers and sister new color voter id.
