[Resolved]  Electricity Bill — Incorrect Electricity bill consumer :[protected]

High Bill Raised 29th Dec, 2014 To, The Manager/ The Complaint Officer. Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Limited DIVA Sub Division (4643) Diva (East) Subject: Complaint Against Excess Bill Raised & Incorrect Meter in bill Meter No. – 01953163 incorrect & correct no: 01953168 CUSTOMER NO[protected]. Sir, It is to inform you that surprisingly our current Electricity bill of is come for Rs. 28, 330/-(Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred & Ninety). my home is total close & power button is shut down & also there is no air condition, freeze, TV, & other electrical equipment, same has being verified by electric officer at Diva, I am using only one 60 watt lights & one table Fan, also informed to same about your customer care team for resolving the same issue & also I visited approx. more than 7 times at service center, that time always given me next bill come after correction, but still issue is pending Please take action against customer care & Defective meter installed for totally Unacceptable, Unethical & illiterate behavior towards customers. We have suffering this problem from last one year, We are working parents and no doors are closed full day. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check the meter as the meter seems to be faulty. Please inform us the reason why am I getting so much excess bill as it is happening twice with us. Please send your person to check our meter the same. Please rectify this Bill and in future don’t overcharge. Please take further action against increasing bill as we are in a position to pay such high bills. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest and for any reference you can see our bill history and compare the amount. Waiting for your immediate action.
