I Ms.Zareena Begum is residing at No:33, Begum Saheb Street, Mackeys Garden, Ch-6.A Partition suit and civil case is going on the above address. Meanwhile an interim order is issued by court to refrain from any change in the premises.In such a situation my Youger son Mr.Syed Khadar has taken a new connection without our knowledge. when already EB connection is existing, how Mr.Rama Subbu, AD, College Road, EB office has given new connection to him without informing the other three legal heirs(syed mustafa, Zareena, Mumtaj ) as we are the co-owners of the property. Today being a holiday and knowing that no one else will be there and when i am alone without informing me the new connection has been given.i have cc camera proof of the EB staff Mr.Lourd, College Road, EB along with other staff who are removing the meter.Mr.Rama subbu, AD when called is not responding.Requesting you to investigate on the above and do justice to me.Cont.
