I purchased Croma Make split A/c from croma, thakur mall, dahisar witha extended guarantee of 3 years on 19.03.2012. Since 30.01.2012 i have been following up at their customer support no [protected]. I have received four complaint number but all unattended adding to my misery those under graduate executives are telling me that customer support is just to take call and escalate matter to respective stores, who shall be attending to it. No one at their end is bothered to solve my issue at Croma store. I want to know who should be held responsible for this. What is the point in having suvh customer support which works as courier service nothing more.
CROMA and its product are pathetic, shame on TATA's owning this retail store chain. They have been considered as highly ethical and customer oriented company, but now they are setting bad precedence.
