[Resolved]  Strontium 8Gb Microsd Card — product and refund of courier money not obtained

i purchased a strontium 8 GB micro SD card but it was defective, so i returned it for exchange but neither i got the product nor the courier money . i have attached the receipt of courier for refund with this complain.

Sir,
I received one letter from British lottery they send a courier through u r service. How can I believe them and how can I pay the courier charge, because they advised me to pay the charge before dispatching
