I have ordered material on 11th April .that time item stock is 42 nos. i have waited 2-3 days still not get tracking number them i started calling them but there is no response. there phone is switch off. Again i started to draft mail everyday. On 22nd we get mail saying stock item is failed to quality need to arrange material from other vendor.
again i am trying to call them an mailing them still not any answer after 12 days. Refund policy is when they cancel order that time only you will eligible for refund, you cant cancel the order. Was this information helpful? |
