I have purchased some electronics Item from https://www.electronicscomp.com/ website with Order Number is #2844545,

I placed the above order on 8th Nov 2022. There are 19 Items in the order & after 18days on 25th Nov 2022 the items are delivered. Post that I checked & found in Packet 1 item I, .e Soldering Iron Wire was Missing and also another Item Mastech MS8217 (Original) AutoRange Digital Multimeter I found defective. I called to customer care & they told me to send Video but after sending the video also I didn't get any proper response from them for 2days & another Item I found defective while testing . I also send that video & asked for the refund. Due to urgency I purchased Multimeter from local market. I asked them to refund for the same . They asked to send the defective items through the courier. Post that also they didn't send any person f5rom another 2days. After several followup they send a person from Delhivery with AWB # :[protected], on 5th Dec 2022 ans the item is delivered to them on 6th Dec 2022. Post that I called electronicscomp customer care but the person rudely behave with me & told me it will take another 7-9 working days to check on my issue. When I multiple times called to know the status they disconnected my call while I report the concern on call. They are now playing with me & not giving refund. The Customer care person Abhishek & aryaan 2 times picked my call 7 rudely behave with me, disconnected my call during conversation intentionally.

2. Dc buck converter(Defective item) --Price Rs. 289
3. Soldering wire(missing item) Price Rs. 75

I need the above refund of Rs. 3363. Which is still pending & now they are playing with me & does not listen my concern. Simply doing cheat to the customer. They know the item is faulty & send it & now they are done with reverse pickup but not giving my refund. Kindly do the needful & help me to get my Refund of Rs. 3363.
